Amanda Acevedo Named Alumni Fellow by The University of Iowa

Each year, several distinguished College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) alumni are honored as Alumni Fellows and invited to campus to speak to classes, meet with small groups of faculty and students, and make a public presentation based on their experiences since leaving the University of Iowa. This year, Vedo Systems President Amanda Acevedo has been named an Alumni Fellow by the Department of Physics and Astronomy. "I am deeply honored. The knowledge and skills I gained at the University of Iowa are used in my work with my team and customers every day.." explained Amanda Acevedo.
Mrs. Acevedo was the key note speaker at the CLAS Alumni Lecture.
